Here’s the honest truth, even our crew gets tired of fried eggs. Having eggs on hand pushes us to get creative and enjoy the benefits in new ways. Breakfast can be a whirlwind, and this spiced egg nog comes together in a snap. It’s packed with nutrition, and while we love sipping homemade egg nog on hot summer days, winter, especially Christmas, is definitely nog season!

Spiced Egg Nog
1 cup milk (Hymas Family Farms Raw Milk)
1 raw egg (our very own Mobile Pastured Eggs click this link to find a retail location closest to you)
2 tbsp local honey (we have great options in our farm stand)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Our favorite spices: nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, light and frothy.
Add your spices directly into the blender or wait and sprinkle them on top of your glass — we each like ours a little different.
Additional Tips:
Pour over ice cubes or add ice cubes to the blender and make it like a smoothy!
