Farm Stand Cabbage Salsa
Cabbage Salsa has been our favorite go-to snack on the farm this season! It’s simple, fresh, crisp & full of flavor!
Here’s how we make it!
1 small head of green cabbage sliced fine.
1 large tomato (we always choose an heirloom variety)
1 tsp of course ground black pepper
1 or more tsp salt
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 - 1 tsp our very own Fresh Garlic Powder
Cilantro to taste!
Grab a bag of chips and enjoy a refreshing snack or add this fresh salsa to the top of your tacos! As our garden changes we add different items like jalapenos, garlic bulbs, or onion!
