Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a delicious, rich side for dinner, a cozy snack over tea with a friend, or the perfect appetizer to start your meal! Spinach is at its best in cool weather, which is why we pull out this recipe in spring - or again in November when we’re harvesting the cool weather crops again.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 12 oz fresh spinach or 16 oz frozen spinach

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Additional cheese for topping
