Communicate with you about your order, including pickup reminders and any issues with availability
Send newsletters, farm updates, seasonal produce information, and event announcements (only if you've subscribed)

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their services for us:
Squarespace — hosts our website, processes our online store, and provides our email newsletter platform and built-in analytics.
Square — processes credit and debit card payments. Square handles your payment information directly under its own privacy policy (square.com/privacy).
USPS — delivers shipped orders. We provide your name and shipping address.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — help us understand how visitors use our website. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — helps us measure and improve the performance of any advertising we run on Facebook or Instagram. The pixel may share information about your visit to our website with Meta, which Meta may use for advertising purposes under its own policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, because the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tools may share information with Meta and Google for advertising purposes, this activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out — see Section 6.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function and collect information.
We use:
Essential cookies — required for the site to work, including keeping items in your shopping cart.
Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site (Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics).
Marketing cookies — used by the Meta Pixel and Google tools to measure advertising performance.
A cookie banner on our website lets you accept or manage cookies. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Order records: approximately seven years, to comply with tax and recordkeeping requirements.
Website analytics data: retention is controlled by the analytics providers; Google Analytics is typically configured for 14 months, and Squarespace retains analytics data according to its own schedule.
Email correspondence: as long as reasonably needed to maintain a record of customer service interactions.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Regardless of where you live, you may:
